As overarching project objective, principles for the treatment of the theater were defined and coordinated. We followed the goal to limit intervention to a consolidation of the existing parts and a adapted revitalization concept just planning to reactivate the better preserved parts of the ruin.

The concept thus respects heritage standards and takes feasibility into consideration.

A detailed superior concept describes the projects schedule, necessary requirements for organization and realization. Conservation measures are organized in sections and phases, including urgent physical safeguarding measures and necessary site facilities in order to conduct the project in steps. Capacity-building components could be affiliated for restoration and structural measures.
