The site was investigated under preservation aspects and a masterplan was developed regarding the current situation of the site with its needs and its potentials. The study contains an analysis of the conservation problems, it offers proposals for an appropriate preservation and presentation of the site based on elaborate guidelines. The study is classifying the large area, it defines  subprojects and prior interventions as well as near-term emergency measures. The study constitutes the base for further development of concrete projects and the efficient use of resources on realizing them.
